If the Milwaukee Brewers Baseball team wins the 2026 World Series, you will receive an additional gift certificate for the entire amount of your jewelry purchase, to be used November 15 to December 30, 2026 during store hours (see www.roberthaackdiamonds.com for hours).
Eligible Participants: Legal U.S. Citizens, aged 18 years or older at the time of purchase. Must supply correct name and mail address on sales receipt with valid telephone number.
Eligible Purchases: Minimum purchase of $200 required. Regular priced, In-stock Jewelry must be purchased and paid in full by 10-24-2026 (Contest does not include prior purchases). Customer must sign contract on “opt in” and approved by a sales associate of Robert Haack Diamonds at the time of the purchase. IMS barter dollar transactions do not qualify. Exchange or trade-ins do not qualify. Excludes Shy Creation and Bassali jewelry manufacturers.
Winners of Contest: If the Milwaukee Brewers wins the World Series in 2026, the winner will be given a gift certificate for the entire amount of their jewelry purchase, if the customer opts in and qualifies to the contest, to be used from November 15 to December 30, 2026. Gift certificates will be for regular priced, in-stock, merchandise at Robert Haack Diamonds (excludes jewelry designers of Bassali and Shy Creation). The gift certificates are for a single use purchase, so no change will be given, during store hours. Gift certificates are transferable. Robert Haack Diamonds is not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen gift certificates.
Promotional Permissions: Robert Haack Diamonds has the right to use recipient names/likeness for promotional purpose without notice or compensation.
Gift Certificate Distribution World Series Game Winnings: Recipients must pick up their gift certificate in person, from the Robert Haack Diamonds location where the qualifying purchase was made - and supply a valid ID matching information on the original sales receipt. ALL recipients MUST PICK UP THEIR GIFT CERTIFICATES Between November 15th and December 30, 2026 or forfeit their gift certificate. No notice will be sent.
Disputes: Any dispute arising under this contract shall be resolved by binding arbitration pursuant to the commercial rules of the American Arbitration Association. The site of such arbitration shall be Milwaukee, WI.
