Our trained staff can prepare jewelry appraisals, while graduate gemologists are available for high-end jewelry pieces. Appraisals are completed on the store premises after careful inspection and examination of your item. You will receive a detailed written jewelry valuation report. Appraisals are usually completed within four days or less, and we are happy to provide an estimate of the appraisal cost.

Insurance Jewelry Replacements
If your jewelry has been lost or damaged, Robert Haack Diamonds can help with the insurance replacement process. We work directly with your insurance company to help ensure your jewelry is replaced or restored as close as possible to its original specifications.
It does not matter where you originally purchased your jewelry. Your insurance company cannot require you to use a jeweler you do not want to use.

The custom jewelry process can begin with an initial drawing from our staff artist, followed by a wax carving and the finished work of a master goldsmith.
Each custom design is a one-of-a-kind piece created to add personal meaning and value. The custom creation process typically takes four to six weeks to complete.
